Monthly Subscription Box Service
The monthly subscription box is the most rewarding thing for me to make! I set a new theme every month, and work with other independent businesses to create a treat box you will definitely LOVE!
They are dispatched on 3rd Thursday of every month - this is the perfect week for this to arrive for most people, as it's the most miserable - waiting for payday - week of the month! Eating my feelings with sweet treats has always been my favourite form of self care!
The type of contents stays relatively the same - a couple of slices of brownie/blondie, one or two pops, and sometimes marshmallows and a cake pot. The contents will depend on what fits best with the theme, if there are any recipes I'm dying for you to try, and the amount of labour and budget required to make the treats.
I love to include a gift from an independent business - filling the box with something you can keep and remember is a lovely compliment to my treats, whilst also being able to support a small business that I think you'll love. In the past I have included: xmas tea towels, limited edition chocolate bars, a magazine, pin badges, and a little felt banner to exclaim your love for cake!
I create a collectible recipe card for each month, so that by the end of the year you have your very own exclusive Cat Food Cakes recipe book! Recipes are available for digital download if you'd like to catch up on your collection.
My graphic designer - Zabby Allen - creates a new postcard for each box. I pop mine on my fridge to motivate me to keep going!
You have the option to commit to a subscription - and receive a small discount. This really helps me be able to plan for how much I need to bake and how many gifts I need to order. If you're not the commitment type, then there are one-off boxes always available! I would highly recommend ordering a one-off box if you have never ordered a treat box before - to make sure it's something you definitely want in your life :)
